How do I book a ride?

Open the app, enter your destination, select your preferred ride type, and tap "Book Ride". A driver will be assigned to you within minutes.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept card payments via Paystack, cash payments, and wallet balance. You can add a card in the Payment Methods section of your profile.

How do I track my ride?

Once a driver accepts your request, you can track their location in real-time on the map. You'll also receive notifications about their arrival.

How do I cancel a ride?

You can cancel a ride from the booking screen before the driver arrives. Note that cancellation fees may apply if cancelled after the driver has started heading to your location.

I left an item in the vehicle. What do I do?

Contact us immediately using the form below with your trip details. We'll help you get in touch with your driver to retrieve your item.

How do I become a RidePro driver?

Download the RidePro Driver app, complete the registration process, submit your documents for verification, and start earning once approved.
